Abstract

The work dealt with the choice of a suitable solvent for extraction of ᴅ-panthenol from body milk samples and the choice of SPE adsorbent for its purification and preconcentration. The suitable extraction and HPLC conditions were applied for analysis of body milks containing ᴅ‑panthenol.
